Adopt UAE – Shipping Policy

At Adopt UAE, we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable delivery service for all your fragrance purchases. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed via www.adopt-ae.com.


1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE): Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM UAE time are processed on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days across UAE.

  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer, and customers will be informed in advance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • From time to time, Adopt UAE may offer free shipping promotions.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can follow the progress of your delivery through the courier’s online tracking system.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery at the address provided by you.

  • If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., Customer unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to Adopt UAE, and additional re-delivery charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must check their package upon delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at info@adopt-ae.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.

  • Adopt UAE will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Adopt UAE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


9. Undeliverable Orders

  • If an order is returned to Adopt UAE due to non-collection, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we may refund the order amount (excluding shipping charges) or reschedule delivery with applicable re-delivery fees.


10. Force Majeure

Adopt UAE shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, courier strikes, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.
